-
Sort order — Ascending or Descending
-
Sort type — First Name, Last Name, Job Title, or Added to Schedule
-
Group by PRO
The Added to Schedule option sorts employees by the order they are added to the schedule. When you select this option, you can also apply the Ascending/Descending and Group by PRO options to the sorted entries.
LiveIQ stores the sort order and applies it until you select a different sort order. If you change to a different sort option (for example, Last Name) and then return to the Added to Schedule option, LiveIQ applies the Added to Schedule sort order.
In addition, LiveIQ saves the sort order with templates. When you apply templates or copy the schedule from the previous week, LiveIQ applies the saved sort order to the schedule. Employees added from the template appear on the schedule at the position stored in the template. For example, an employee in the template at position 1 is added to the schedule at position 1 and all other employees on the schedule are pushed down one position.
